Full job description

Smadex is hiring a Campaign Analyst for its Ad Operations team in Barcelona. This full-time role involves setting up and optimizing mobile advertising campaigns on the Smadex DSP to meet client goals. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, knowledge of programmatic buying, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, analyzing large data sets, conducting A/B tests, and improving product tools. English fluency and legal work authorization in Spain are required. What you'll do

  • Build, operate, analyze and optimize campaigns using programmatic ecosystem and attribution knowledge
  • Manage and grow client portfolio across various verticals and KPIs
  • Analyze large complex data sets of mobile user behavior worldwide
  • Obtain insights from campaign portfolio to impact company revenue
  • Conduct A/B testing on Smadex DSP and share results with team
  • Help develop and improve product tools and processes to ensure data-driven decisions
  • Communicate effectively across teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of digital programmatic buying (performance focused) is a plus
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
  • Data and performance driven mindset with experience in large data sets
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and meet KPIs
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking, high resolution, autonomy and strong work ethic
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to solve data-related problems creatively
  • Experience working with different teams
  • SQL/Python/R experience is a plus
  • Legal permit to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship provided)
