Full job description

Design and develop software solutions aligned with business needs. Analyze system requirements, customize applications, and assist with software updates and releases. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot complex technical issues. Conduct training for operational staff. Work nights and weekends as needed. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in C++ and SQL, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions
  • Analyze system requirements and customize applications
  • Assist with software updates and roll-outs
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
  • Engage with Quality Assurance to ensure software quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Synthesize market research and industry trends to inform strategies
  • Conduct training sessions for operational staff
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with C++ programming language
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Conducting training for application users
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule as necessary
