Full job description

Dentsu Business Transformation (BX) seeks experienced senior consultants based in Czech Republic or Poland with 5+ years in strategic consulting or strategic roles in industry/startups. Candidates must have strong expertise in organisational transformation, change management, and business strategy, with proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders. Responsibilities include guiding clients through transformation projects, developing business strategies, leading interdisciplinary teams, and advising on sales, marketing, and communication strategies. The role reports to the VP of Business Consultancy Services and offers hybrid work with possible onsite client visits. Requirements include fluency in English and a relevant degree; advanced degrees are a plus.

What you'll do

  • Consult clients through all phases of transformation projects from vision definition to implementation
  • Develop business strategies considering customer, organizational, and technology perspectives
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects
  • Act as a thought leader in business transformation
  • Develop business consulting services with a team of strategy consultants
  • Advise clients holistically on sales, marketing, and communication strategies considering organizational factors, processes, and business management
  • Understand communication approaches and strategic positioning of companies, brands, and people

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, ideally within a top-tier consultancy firm or in a strategic role within industry/startups
  • Strong expertise in organisational transformation, change management, and business strategy
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex ideas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience leading transformation initiatives across diverse industries
  • Passion for topics such as operating model design, innovation, process optimisation, CRM, and customer experience
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable course of study
  • A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA is an advantage
