Full job description

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join Epsilon’s Development Team focused on TotalSource Plus demographic and lifestyle products. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management, Data Client Services, Analytics, and Development teams; providing detailed requirements to developers; leading cross-functional teams; analyzing business problems for automated solutions; documenting processes; implementing and testing new programs; consulting users; configuring systems; planning and executing testing; building system specifications; communicating issues to stakeholders; and writing Jira User Stories for TSP data enhancements. Requires 1-3 years experience in Project Management or BSA role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and Cursor is a plus. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Data Client Services, Analytics, and Development Teams
  • Provide details to developers for software, application, or product features
  • Lead linked teams from multiple functions to address business or systems issues
  • Analyze complex business problems for automated system solutions
  • Document processes for continuity, education, and security
  • Implement and test new programs for cost-efficient systems and new products
  • Provide consultation to users on developed systems
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
  • Configure system settings and options
  • Plan and complete unit, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Build specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Communicate issues to stakeholders effectively and timely
  • Write Jira User Stories related to TSP data enhancements for each release cycle

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Project Management or BSA role
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing practical, cost-effective automated solutions
  • Comfort with configuring systems, driving testing through release, and supporting users
  • Disciplined ownership of TSP data quality
  • Clear, proactive communication and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and Cursor is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
