Full job description

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join Epsilon’s Development Team focused on TotalSource Plus (TSP) demographic and lifestyle products. Responsibilities include interfacing with Product Management and Development Teams, providing detailed requirements, leading cross-functional teams, analyzing business problems for automated solutions, documenting processes, implementing and testing new programs, consulting users, configuring systems, and writing Jira User Stories for TSP data enhancements. Requires 1-3 years experience in Project Management or BSA role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on technical experience with system configuration and testing, ownership of TSP data quality, and effective communication skills. Agile experience is a plus. Position is full-time, on-site in Westminster, Colorado. Salary range $73,500 to $136,500 annually. What you'll do

  • Provide consultation to users on developed systems
  • Provide technical expertise in systems and procedures
  • Configure system settings and options
  • Plan and complete unit, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Develop specifications to meet business requirements
  • Communicate issues to stakeholders effectively and timely
  • Write Jira User Stories for TSP data enhancements per release cycle

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Project Management or BSA role
  • Ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing practical, cost-effective automated solutions
  • Hands-on technical credibility with system configuration and testing
  • Disciplined ownership of TSP data quality
  • Clear, proactive communication and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
