Full job description

Role: Business Intelligence Senior Associate working with product and machine learning teams to automate forecasting and identify root causes of anomalies. Responsibilities include real-time monitoring of revenue and spend trends, assessing revenue declines, communicating insights to stakeholders, managing investigations, and improving monitoring frameworks. Requires 5-8 years experience in data analysis, strong communication, technical skills in Excel, Looker, MySQL, forecasting, AB Testing, and familiarity with Python, Excel VBA, and Ad Tech. Knowledge of GenAI tools (Cursor, Claude) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field required. Shift: 3 PM to 12 midnight.
