The Business Intelligence Senior Associate will work with product and machine learning teams to automate forecasting and identify root causes of anomalies. Responsibilities include monitoring business health via anomaly detection tools, real-time hourly/daily trend monitoring, assessing revenue declines, communicating insights to stakeholders, managing alerts, owning weekly revenue forecasting, leading monthly reviews, participating in planning, managing investigations, improving monitoring frameworks, collaborating on anomaly detection solutions, and tracking product release impacts. Requirements include 5-8 years of data analysis experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Looker, MySQL, forecasting, AB testing, knowledge of Excel macro/VBA and Python, familiarity with anomaly detection and big data tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Shift timing is 3 PM to 12 midnight. The role follows a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
