The Business Intelligence Associate will work with product and machine learning teams to automate forecasting, detect anomalies, identify root causes, and track revenue and spend trends. Responsibilities include monitoring business health, coordinating with teams to resolve issues, providing executive updates, leading review processes, managing investigations, and improving monitoring frameworks. Required skills include 4-6 years of data analysis experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, Looker, MySQL, forecasting, AB Testing, and familiarity with anomaly detection techniques and GenAI tools. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field is required.
