Full job description

Senior Business Intelligence Associate role focused on automating manual forecasting and identifying root causes of anomalies. Responsibilities include monitoring business health via anomaly detection tools, real-time hourly/daily trend monitoring, assessing revenue declines, communicating insights to stakeholders, managing investigations, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Requires 5-8 years experience in data analysis, strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Looker, MySQL, forecasting, AB Testing, and knowledge of Python, Excel macros, and Ad Tech. Familiarity with GenAI tools, anomaly detection techniques, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field required. Shift timings 3 PM to 12 midnight.
