The role focuses on client management, ensuring service quality and developing accounts with value-added digital strategy services. Responsibilities include leading strategic accounts for growth and profitability, identifying business opportunities, participating in consultative sales of CX, data, technology, and experience design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, building relationships with senior stakeholders, leading proposal negotiations, and contributing to market positioning. Candidates must have experience managing complex multinational accounts, a background in selling digital solutions, strong business problem-solving skills, and excellent communication in Spanish and English.
