The Business Development Representative (BDR) role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and involves engaging inbound and outbound prospects, qualifying opportunities, and connecting qualified leads with Account Executives. This full-time hybrid role requires working onsite in Toronto office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Responsibilities include managing inbound leads, conducting discovery conversations, supporting outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone, maintaining pipeline and sales tools like Salesforce, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead qualification and outreach strategies. Candidates should have 0-2 years experience in business development or inside sales, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM and sales tools, and a motivated, collaborative mindset. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 plus bonus.
