Full job description
5x5 Co-Op is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, and contribute to sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities include outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, educating prospects on company value, collaborating with sales team, and scheduling meetings for senior sales leaders. Requires 1+ year experience in sales or business development, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or data industries is a plus. What you'll do
- Generate leads and qualify potential prospects through outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities
- Introduce prospects to 5x5 Co-Op’s unique value proposition and how we help drive their business forward
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve strategies, and help drive results
- Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders and participate in demos to move deals through the pipeline
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales development or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Knowledge of AdTech, MarTech, or data industries is a plus
