Full job description
Business Development Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative role focused on lead generation and sales pipeline development in advertising technology. Responsibilities include executing lead generation strategies, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, researching decision-makers, qualifying inbound leads, managing lead nurturing, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales leadership. Requires 1-2 years experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably with ad tech exposure. Must have strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Position is hybrid in Boca Raton, Florida.
What you'll do
- Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted lead generation strategies
- Drive proactive outreach efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement
- Conduct detailed research to identify key decision-makers and build prospect lists
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and outreach responses, qualifying leads
- Manage lead nurturing by following up consistently and moving prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all lead interactions and communications within the CRM
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize messaging and improve outreach tactics
- Confidently articulate Playwire’s products and services, uncover client needs, and position solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a business development, inside sales, or lead generation role
- Ad tech industry exposure a strong plus
- Energetic and self-motivated personality with a passion for digital media and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone and email etiquette with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
