ExoClick is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Barcelona office to grow business within Publishing and Advertising. The role involves driving all sales lifecycle phases, managing CRM pipelines, identifying leads and opportunities, developing growth plans, recommending ad placements and optimizations, and supporting client onboarding. Requirements include proven business development experience, CRM expertise, analytical skills, strong communication, understanding of online ad pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA), and advanced Google Sheets skills. What you'll do
- Drive all phases of the sales lifecycle for potential publishers: identify and develop leads, qualify leads, understand client needs, meet with clients, develop value proposition, structure deals, negotiate deal points and contracts, and close
- Create and maintain a Sales Pipeline using a CRM system
