Full job description

RTB House is seeking a Business Development Manager based in London, UK. The role involves driving new business within mid and large independent agencies in the UK through targeted outbound sales strategies including cold calling, emailing, and social selling. Responsibilities include negotiating Master Service Agreements, ensuring RTB House is on the Approved Vendor List, researching and profiling key contacts, attending industry conferences, managing CRM and outreach tools, crafting tailored messaging, and guiding agencies through activation. Candidates should have 3+ years in business development or outbound sales, 2+ years selling to agencies or in AdTech, strong research and networking skills, proficiency with CRM and automation tools, and knowledge of the UK independent agency market. What you'll do

  • Execute outbound strategy using cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers
  • Own negotiation of Master Service Agreements and Volume Incentive Deals
  • Ensure RTB House is on the Approved Vendor List across the UK indie market
  • Research and profile key contacts at target agencies and arrange meetings
  • Attend industry conferences to network and identify leads
  • Utilise CRM systems and outreach automation tools to manage data and track interactions
  • Craft tailored messaging and outreach materials aligned with client business needs
  • Run sales meetings and guide agencies through activation process for first launch

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or outbound Account Executive with multi-stakeholder navigation
  • 2+ years selling into agencies and/or AdTech sector experience
  • Strong skills in research and prospect profiling
  • Experience working with digital-native companies
  • Experience targeting independent agencies with knowledge of the UKI market
  • Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools
  • Excellent networking abilities and proactive conference participation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
