Full job description

Lead and transform Taboola's global Go-To-Market business applications ecosystem. Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core GTM platforms including Salesforce and modern sales tools. Drive adoption of GenAI-powered workflows for Sales and Professional Services teams. Manage a global team and partner with senior stakeholders to build scalable, intelligent business-critical solutions. Requirements: 3+ years leading teams in Business Applications or Salesforce environments, 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, knowledge of modern sales tools, understanding of GTM business processes, familiarity with GenAI technologies. Bonus: development experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, or scripting/integration technologies, experience deploying GenAI solutions in production. Responsibilities include team leadership, roadmap ownership, partnership with business leaders, driving GenAI adoption, establishing governance and architecture, managing vendors and budgets.
