Business Applications Specialist (Salesforce & GenAI)

What you'll do

• Partner with global business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions within business applications
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise declarative automation (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Dynamics Business Rules) supporting hundreds of users globally
• Identify high-value use cases for Generative AI within business processes and prototype/deploy LLM-driven tools
• Enable Sales team to create their own low-code GenAI tools to speed up workflows
• Learn and onboard new tools quickly, implement best practices, and adapt solutions as business needs evolve
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements from discovery to production deployment and user adoption
• Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration/Development teams on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
• Proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) managing thousands of records and hundreds of users without compromising system performance
• Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how to map them to technical solutions
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users, including LLM-based integrations, prompt engineering for sales automation, RAG-based tools
• Ability to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and practical sales workflows (e.g., lead enrichment, predictive scoring)
• Hands-on experience in vibe coding, light scripting or coding experience
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone
• Bonus: Light scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to augment no-code solutions
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
