Full job description

Business Applications Manager role at Taboola in Tel Aviv. Lead and transform global Go-To-Market business applications including Salesforce and modern sales tools. Drive adoption of GenAI-powered workflows. Manage a global team and partner with senior stakeholders to build scalable, intelligent solutions. Requires 3+ years leading teams in Business Applications or Salesforce environments, 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, knowledge of sales tools (Clay, Similarweb, Gong, DealHub), deep understanding of GTM business processes, and familiarity with GenAI technologies. Bonus for Apex, Lightning, Flows development experience and deploying GenAI solutions. Responsibilities include team leadership, roadmap ownership, stakeholder partnership, GenAI adoption, governance, and vendor management. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. What you'll do

  • Lead the GTM Applications team including people management, mentoring, hiring, and career development
  • Own the roadmap, delivery, and evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM applications portfolio
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Professional Services leaders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive the adoption of GenAI-powered agents, automations, and AI-native workflows across GTM systems
  • Establish governance, architecture, and delivery processes to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality business applications
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve the GTM technology stack

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a Business Applications, Salesforce, or GTM Systems environment
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including implementation, configuration, and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales tools such as Clay, Similarweb, Gong, DealHub, or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of GTM business processes, including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, customer success, and marketing automation
  • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and their application in enterprise systems
  • Bonus: Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning, Flows, or scripting/integration technologies
  • Bonus: Experience building or deploying GenAI-powered solutions in production enterprise environments
