Full job description

Business Analyst Apprentice position in Paris, France, full-time fixed term for 2 years starting September 2026. Role supports procurement operations including spend analysis, supplier relationship management, vendor risk management, and AI-driven procurement process improvements. Requires Bachelor or Master 1 student in Business Analysis or Management, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, knowledge of AI solutions, and interest in web/tech industry. Hybrid work model with minimum 2 days/week in office. What you'll do

  • Support effective use of procurement tools and processes
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve and automate work
  • Perform spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Manage supplier relationships to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Assess and mitigate vendor risks
  • Contribute to development and implementation of AI-driven procurement solutions including agent prompting, automation, and buying-management optimization
