Full job description

Business Analyst role focusing on campaign measurement, data integration, and platform automation. Responsibilities include acting as liaison between engineering teams and clients, analyzing marketing APIs (Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API), optimizing product feeds, gathering and prioritizing client requirements, creating documentation (BRDs, FRDs), overseeing development of measurement frameworks and dashboards, supporting global rollout of solutions, managing stakeholder communication, resolving delivery blockers, coordinating resources, escalating risks, and operating in high-ambiguity environments. Requires 6-12 years experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, API understanding, business analysis skills, Agile delivery experience, and excellent communication.

What you'll do

  • Act as a bridge between engineering teams and product owners (clients)
  • Focus on campaign measurement, data integration, and platform automation
  • Analyze APIs such as Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API
  • Optimize product feeds to enable AI-powered, scalable, data-driven decision-making
  • Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from client stakeholders
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other relevant documentation
  • Own and oversee development of measurement frameworks, dashboards, and applications
  • Support global and regional rollout of measurement solutions and best practices
  • Act as primary liaison between engineering teams, internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive regular communication cadences to ensure transparency across stakeholders
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve delivery blockers
  • Navigate ambiguous problem statements and evolving requirements
  • Coordinate with delivery and team leads to manage bandwidth and resource constraints
  • Escalate risks and issues early with impact assessment and mitigation options
  • Support seamless handoffs across regions and time zones
  • Operate in high-ambiguity environments with limited information
  • Lead delivery methodologies such as Scrum ceremonies and Kanban
  • Track work items and deliver product increments addressing user feedback

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion value)
  • Understanding of funnel-based and outcome-driven measurement
  • Knowledge of attribution models (last click, data-driven, MTA)
  • Knowledge of product feed optimization
  • Working knowledge of Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API
  • Ability to interpret API documentation and translate business needs into API requirements
  • Validate API outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST concepts, and data refresh schedules
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, functional documentation, and process mapping
  • Comfortable working in Agile/hybrid delivery models
  • Experience in stakeholder and delivery management
  • Experience leading delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience tracking work items using Jira
  • Excellent communication skills in English
