Full job description

Business Administration Intern role based in Madrid, full-time (37.5 hours/week). Support day-to-day administrative and financial operations including invoice processing, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, employee expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records. Work closely with Finance team gaining hands-on experience in accounting processes within an international company. Requirements: currently enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or related field; proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets; strong attention to detail; good organizational and time management skills; excellent written communication in English and Spanish; proactive and eager to learn. No prior professional experience required; full training provided.
