Full job description
Looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bookkeeper to join the finance team. Responsibilities include managing AP cycle, recording invoices in ERP system (NetSuite), preparing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, reviewing employee expense reports, tracking bank balances, preparing bank reconciliations, working with outsourced accountants, supporting audits, and handling ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Certified Bookkeeper type 2, 1-3 years bookkeeping experience, experience with NetSuite, high proficiency in English, strong Excel skills, well organized, independent, motivated, and good technical orientation.
What you'll do
- Manage AP cycle in accordance with the Company's procurement process: ensuring PO authorization, recording invoices to the ERP system, preparing vendors’ payments in the bank and reconciling accounts
- Review and approve employees expense reimbursements reports in designated online system in accordance with the Company’s policy
