Full job description
Looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and independent Bookkeeper to join the finance team. Responsibilities include managing AP cycle, recording invoices in ERP system, preparing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, reviewing employee expense reimbursements, tracking bank balances, preparing bank reconciliations, working with outsourced accountants abroad, supporting quarterly and annual audits, and handling ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Certified Bookkeeper type 2, 1-3 years bookkeeping experience, experience with NetSuite ERP, high proficiency in English, strong Excel skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, motivated, and good technical orientation. Bonus: experience in global high-tech company and with DOKKA/MESH.
What you'll do
- Manage AP cycle in accordance with the Company's procurement process: ensuring PO authorization, recording invoices to the ERP system, preparing vendors’ payments in the bank and reconciling accounts
