Full job description
Seeking a skilled and independent bookkeeper to join the finance team. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable cycle, reviewing employee expense reports, tracking bank and credit card transactions, preparing bank reconciliations, working with outsourced accountants, managing service providers and subcontractors, preparing fixed assets working papers and depreciation, supporting quarterly and annual audits, and handling ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Certified Bookkeeper type 2, 4-6 years bookkeeping experience, experience with NetSuite ERP, high proficiency in English, strong Excel skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, motivated, team player, and good technical orientation. Bonus: experience in a global high-tech company and familiarity with DOKKA, MESH, ZIP.
What you'll do
- Manage AP cycle in accordance with the Company's procurement process: setting vendors at our financial system, ensuring PO authorization, recording invoices to the ERP system, preparing vendor’s payments in the bank and reconciling accounts
