Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Bookkeeper to join the Finance team in Tel Aviv. The role involves handling accounting duties such as posting daily financial transactions and fixed assets in a multi-currency environment, managing month-end processes including accruals and prepaid items, closing months with analytical review, submitting tax reports (VAT, WHT), and collaborating with finance and business teams worldwide. Candidates must be certified bookkeepers (type 2-3) with at least 3 years of relevant monthly closing experience, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, highly organized with attention to detail, possess strong communication skills, and have advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite are required; experience with Zip and Mesh is an advantage. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model.

What you'll do

  • Handle a variety of ongoing accounting duties including posting day-to-day financial transactions, fixed assets in a multi-currency environment
  • Responsible for month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, etc.
  • Closing months and analytical review
  • Check and submission of ongoing tax authorities required reports (VAT, WHT etc.)
  • Teamwork with company’s finance and business teams worldwide

Requirements

  • Certified bookkeeper type 2-3 with proven relevant experience on monthly closing of at least 3 years
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, focus and prioritizing skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in NetSuite
  • Experience with Zip and Mesh (advantage)
