Full job description
Join the Finance Shared Services team in Tokyo as a Billing Clerk supporting billing for Criteo Japan and Korea. Responsibilities include issuing invoices monthly, preparing credit notes, managing invoice cancellations and rebills via Salesforce, responding to billing queries, processing refunds, reviewing unbilled revenue, analyzing rebates, and checking SAP postings. Requires business-level English and Japanese, basic finance/accounting knowledge, Excel skills including formulas and VLOOKUP, experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred), sound judgment, clear communication, and adaptability. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for learning and career development.
What you'll do
- Issue invoices as part of each monthly close and support accurate, timely billing for Japan and Korea
- Prepare credit notes and compensations, and manage Salesforce requests for invoice cancellations and rebills
