Full job description

Role: Billing Analyst responsible for managing advanced billing and accounts receivable processes. Key duties include maintaining billing systems, generating invoices, account reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, assisting month-end closing, resolving discrepancies, client relationship management, mentoring Accounts Receivable Analysts, and collaborating with FP&A team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; experience as Accounts Receivable Accountant; proficiency in SAP, MS Office, spreadsheets; strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. What you'll do

  • Maintain the billing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency while generating timely invoices and account statements
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain comprehensive accounts receivable records
  • Produce monthly financial and management reports providing actionable insights
  • Assist in month-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inquiries related to accounts receivable
  • Build strong relationships with large clients to streamline communications and facilitate invoice approvals
  • Mentor and provide coaching sessions for Accounts Receivable Analysts
  • Partner with the FP&A team to explain discrepancies and align financial reporting priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Proven track record as an Accounts Receivable Accountant with hands-on experience
  • Proficient in using accounting software, particularly SAP
  • Advanced expertise in spreadsheets
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage expectations
  • Articulate and efficient communicator
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
  • Strong business partnering and teamwork capabilities
