Bilingual Japanese Sales Planner role based in Manila, Philippines (hybrid). Reporting to Hub Operations Lead. Support client acquisition and growth across JAPAC, focusing on Japan. Responsibilities include crafting proposals for Japan and SEA markets, collaborating with sales and analytics teams, conducting market research, developing media proposals, supporting pitch decks, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines, and driving continuous improvement. Requires business-level Japanese and English proficiency, interest in digital media/programmatic, strong organization, communication skills, proactive mindset, and alignment with company values. Requirements
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (spoken and written)
Ability to understand complex commercial and technical concepts and communicate them clearly
Experience working with Japanese stakeholders or markets is a strong plus
Genuine interest in digital media, advertising and/or programmatic
High level of organisation and attention to detail
