Team Leader role on Bidding Strategies Algo team in Tel Aviv. Lead optimization and design of bidding strategies using applied mathematics, optimization, and control theory. What you'll do

  • Lead the optimization of existing bidding strategies
  • Design and deliver new bidding strategies end-to-end into production
  • Drive deep analysis of complex dynamics and closed-loop feedback effects
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable systems
  • Lead and develop algorithm engineers
  • Contribute to the growth of the tech organization in the agentic development era

Requirements

  • Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD) in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or related quantitative field
  • 6+ years of strong algorithmic problem-solving experience
  • 2+ years of managerial or technical leadership experience
  • Production-grade algorithm engineering experience
  • Experience driving measurable business impact through algorithmic improvements
  • Experience interfacing effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex algorithms into production
  • Experience leveraging agent-based coding tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and code quality
