Full job description

The EMEA Benefits Manager is responsible for delivering Quantcast’s core Benefits administration, policies, and programs. This role includes managing complex benefits matters, escalations, and contributing to Benefits strategy. Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on benefit policies for EMEA, developing communication and training materials, maintaining benefit policies, ensuring compliance through audits, managing benefits projects and wellbeing initiatives, analyzing benefits data, overseeing benefits processing and payroll inputs, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with senior leadership on Benefits vision and strategy. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, minimum 7 years experience with at least 4 years in benefits, strong attention to detail, integrity, communication skills, vendor management, negotiation, project management experience, and comfort with cost analysis and large data sets. What you'll do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all Quantcast benefit policies and programs for the EMEA regions
  • Develop and implement communication and training materials to drive engagement in the Quantcast benefit programs
  • Document and maintain all Benefit policies and procedures for the region supported
  • Own internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regional regulations
  • Identify, define, design, develop, and deliver on Benefits projects that drive cost efficiency, process improvements, best practices, and/or employee engagement
  • Own and project manage global wellbeing initiatives
  • Review and analyze benefits data regularly and summarize key business metrics for leadership
  • Oversee daily benefits processing, monthly billings and payment of administrative fees for all plans
  • Perform all benefits-related audits by preparing, collecting, and organizing data
  • Own the relationship with all vendors and brokers
  • Oversee payroll as it relates to Benefits inputs
  • Partner with senior leadership in setting a Benefits vision and strategy that supports wider organizational goals and key priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years of benefits experience
  • Attention to detail, process orientated and customer service oriented
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills)
  • Experience in vendor management, negotiations and project management
  • Comfortable with cost analysis and working with large data sets
