The EMEA Benefits Manager is responsible for delivering Quantcast’s core Benefits administration, policies, and programs. This role includes managing complex benefits matters, escalations, and contributing to Benefits strategy. Responsibilities include being a subject matter expert on benefit policies for EMEA, developing communication and training materials, maintaining benefit policies, ensuring compliance through audits, managing benefits projects and wellbeing initiatives, analyzing benefits data, overseeing benefits processing and payroll inputs, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with senior leadership on Benefits vision and strategy. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, minimum 7 years experience with at least 4 years in benefits, strong attention to detail, integrity, communication skills, vendor management, negotiation, project management experience, and comfort with cost analysis and large data sets.
