We are hiring a mid-level backend software engineer to design, build, and deploy AI system capabilities for global media products. The role involves architecting and testing production-grade Python APIs, supporting data pipelines and distributed systems interacting with AI models, collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable systems, and ensuring robust deployment and monitoring. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years experience with enterprise RestAPIs, 6+ years coding experience including 2+ years in Python, and experience with concurrent systems, data persistence technologies, and system monitoring. Familiarity with LLMs, containerization, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. The position is full-time and remote based in Texas. Salary range is $136,000 to $190,075.
