Pacvue is establishing a new hub in Mexico City with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office once the office opens). The Web & Digital Designer will design and execute marketing websites, digital, and print experiences focusing on UI/UX best practices to drive engagement and conversion. Responsibilities include managing design projects end-to-end, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams, evolving the website design system, applying accessibility and responsive design standards, and supporting no-code implementation in WordPress. Required skills include proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, strong English communication, expertise in responsive marketing website design, portfolio demonstrating design skills, ability to work independently, and collaboration experience with video/motion designers. Requirements
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite design tools
Deep expertise as a web, brand, or digital designer with full mastery of UX/UI principles
Expertise designing responsive, mobile-first marketing website designs with a conversion-focused mindset
Portfolio demonstrating ability to turn complex information and data into clean and visually compelling designs
Exercises independent judgment to resolve complex design challenges, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines with minimal direction
Experience collaborating with video or motion designers, providing design direction as needed for web experiences
Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
Translatable design skills across all digital and print creative touchpoints: layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
Proven ability to independently own and drive design projects end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and development partners with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
