Full job description

The role reports to the Trading Director and is based in Paris, France. The candidate will manage end-to-end programmatic campaign execution, including media buying across multiple DSPs, campaign performance management, and optimisation using data to exceed KPIs and profit goals. Responsibilities include portfolio management to retain and grow client business, collaborating internally with sales, account management, product, and analysis teams, and externally producing client reports and presentations. The role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, proficiency with large datasets in Excel and BI tools, troubleshooting skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, fluency in French and working English, and alignment with company values. What you'll do

  • End to end campaign ownership
  • Buying media across multiple DSPs and platforms
  • Managing campaign performance and performing optimisations
  • Using data to enhance buying decisions to exceed client KPIs and profit objectives
  • Delivering on-point margin and retaining clients
  • Using insights to build client rapport to up-sell and earn incremental opportunities
  • Growing client business by surpassing KPIs, delivering insights and building relationships
  • Using data, analysis, and trading expertise to deliver campaigns ahead of pace and maintain performance
  • Collaborating with sales, account management, product and analysis teams throughout campaign lifecycle
  • Working with global central departments for ad operations, pre-campaign analysis, post campaign reporting and troubleshooting
  • Producing weekly client reports on campaign performance and optimisations
  • Creating content and delivering presentations in external meetings
  • Delivering actionable insights via weekly commentary and end-of-campaign reports
  • Testing and implementing innovative ideas in campaigns
  • Taking calculated risks
  • Building strong relationships with product and analysis teams to improve client strategies

Requirements

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills (STEM, marketing, economics degree beneficial)
  • Ability to work with large datasets in Excel and BI internal tools
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with systematic problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture
  • Can-do attitude with energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Fluency in French and working standard level in English
