Full job description
Associate Publisher Account Manager role focused on optimizing and upselling to publisher clients in the SMB Publisher team. Requires BA/BS and 1+ years client-facing experience preferred in digital media or online publishing. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding KPIs, identifying upsell opportunities, analyzing performance metrics, strategic planning, and collaborating with Sales and Product teams. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office in NYC. Salary range $60,000-$65,000 base, $80,000-$88,000 OTE. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, PTO, bonuses, equity, and parental leave.
