Full job description

Join Epsilon's Media Delivery team in a hybrid role based in London. As a junior programmatic marketing professional, you will oversee targeting and media strategy for advertiser accounts, deliver and optimize display and video campaigns, and use data analysis and client feedback to lead campaigns. You will collaborate with Client Development and Account Management teams, become an expert in Epsilon’s platforms, and stay current with digital marketing trends. Requirements include a degree or experience in an analytical subject, strong attention to detail, ambition, numeracy, proficiency in Excel and some SQL experience, and a passion for digital marketing. Previous marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.

What you'll do

  • Oversee targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts
  • Deliver, analyse and optimise display and video campaigns
  • Combine data analysis, technical knowledge, client feedback and market insight to lead complex campaigns and meet client objectives
  • Bridge technical and commercial sides by building strong relationships with Client Development and Account Management teams
  • Share campaign performance insight and help shape and implement long-term strategies for program growth
  • Become an expert in platforms and processes
  • Work to keep platforms and processes efficient and easy to use
  • Stay abreast of developments in digital marketing
  • Take ownership of personal development and support team growth

Requirements

  • A degree or experience in an analytical subject (Science, Engineering, Computing, Maths, Economics, Business)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ambition and a desire to learn
  • Numerate
  • Comfortable analyzing multiple metrics for campaign delivery and success
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple responsibilities and handle time effectively
  • Pro-active, self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and interest in problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodical, analytical perspective with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insight
  • Commitment and resilience with track record of seeing work through and overcoming challenges
  • Clear interest in digital marketing
  • Understanding of basic concepts of programmatic marketing and current industry trends
  • Proficient in Excel and some experience with SQL
  • Previous experience in marketing focused on digital platforms (particularly Campaign Delivery) is an advantage but not essential
