Full job description
Epsilon seeks an Associate Product Manager for the TotalSource Plus (TSP) data product team. This entry-level role involves supporting product lifecycle activities from planning through release readiness, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales. Responsibilities include gathering market and customer input, creating product requirements, maintaining documentation, supporting source evaluation and KPI tracking, and exploring generative AI and LLM applications. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and interest in data products and privacy-aware development. A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is required. Salary range is $45,600 to $84,600 annually. Locations: Westminster, Colorado and Southfield, Michigan.
