Kargo is hiring an Associate, Media Strategy to create insight-driven proposals and sales collateral that support the sales team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 4 days per week in New York. Responsibilities include building strong RFP responses, maintaining sales collateral, designing research-backed learning agendas, translating product knowledge into sales narratives, developing outbound materials, and producing polished work under tight deadlines. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in media, advertising, or marketing, advanced skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets, strong written communication, knowledge of digital advertising, and a proactive mindset. Preferred experience includes familiarity with third-party research vendors and supporting sales or client-facing teams in fast-paced media or ad tech environments. Salary range is $62,000 to $67,000 USD plus variable compensation.
