Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or related functions, strong communication skills, proficiency with ATS tools like Lever, Gem, or Rippling, and be comfortable managing ambiguity and volume. The role is on-site in New York City. Salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional benefits including bonuses, health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
