Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships role based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). Responsible for leading critical SEA partner relationships including sourcing, negotiating, launching, and scaling agreements. Manage day-to-day interactions with 3rd party technology partners and support internal teams to drive partner growth and revenue. Create training materials and tactical strategies aligned across multiple partner segments. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in partner management or business development in online advertising, data onboarding, or adtech. Must have experience negotiating complex agreements, working with senior executives and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
