Full job description

Associate Director of Product Marketing - Verticals role based in New York City. Responsible for owning go-to-market strategy and execution for key verticals including Political, Pharma, Gambling, and emerging verticals like Auto and Travel. Duties include building repeatable launch processes, enabling sales teams with vertical-specific knowledge, partnering with sales to grow vertical programs, collaborating with Product on market insights, and working with marketing on content strategies. Requires deep knowledge of regulated and emerging advertising categories, programmatic advertising fundamentals, strong execution skills, launch leadership, sales-led GTM expertise, market intelligence, and communication skills. What you'll do

  • Own go-to-market strategy for priority verticals including Political, Pharma, Gambling, and lead expansion into Auto, Travel, and others
  • Build and execute repeatable launch processes for vertical-specific capabilities and segment-driven initiatives
  • Enable sales teams to engage vertical buyers with tailored compliance, audience, and performance messaging
  • Partner with sales to create vertical-specific programs to grow share of wallet and break into new client segments
  • Collaborate with Product to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into business cases and roadmap recommendations
  • Work with marketing to develop content strategies, thought leadership, case studies, and category reports to build credibility and adoption

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with the dynamics, regulations, and advertising sensitivities of regulated and emerging advertising categories, or ability to learn quickly
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and how buyers, sellers, and data interact
  • Proven ability to move quickly, test and learn, and deliver results in high expectation environments with finite resources
  • Comfort running vertical-specific launches and programs autonomously
  • Familiarity with sales-driven motions and enabling cross-sell and upsell within complex, high-compliance accounts
  • Ability to synthesize competitive dynamics, buyer trends, and regulatory shifts into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex category dynamics into clear narratives
