Full job description
Seeking an Associate Director, Product Management, Monetization with programmatic advertising experience. Responsible for product strategy and execution for SSP monetization capabilities within Marketplace Demand product team. Role includes defining roadmap for bid throttling, traffic shaping, PMP optimization, and QPS management with AI/ML-driven solutions. Requires 8+ years product management experience in Ad Tech, familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, OpenRTB, APIs, and ML-driven products. Must have strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams. Hybrid work schedule based in Redwood City, California. Salary range $190,000 to $220,000 USD plus bonus, RSUs, and benefits.
What you'll do
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for monetization products including bid throttling, traffic shaping, and PMP/deal-level optimization
- Own roadmap for QPS management and next generation ML products for monetization and infrastructure efficiency
