Full job description

Seeking an Associate Director of Product to lead strategy, development, and scaling of Generative AI products for media buyers and sellers. Requires 8+ years in product management with 1+ years in Generative AI, experience in AI startups, and familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or programmatic platforms. Responsibilities include defining product vision, leading discovery, collaborating with AI/ML teams, ensuring ethical AI development, and driving go-to-market strategies. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 remote. Compensation range $190,000 to $220,000 USD plus bonus and equity.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Generative AI-powered products
  • Lead product discovery efforts with researchers, engineers, and designers
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into AI-driven solutions
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop models enhancing product functionality
  • Ensure responsible AI development focusing on fairness, interpretability, and compliance
  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Measure product performance, analyze user feedback, and iterate on features
  • Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and industry trends

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • At least 1+ years working on Generative AI products
  • Experience in a Generative AI startup
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven solutions
  • Experience with DSPs, SSPs or other programmatic platforms
  • Strong technical acumen to work with AI/ML teams
  • Experience in product discovery methodologies including user research, prototyping, and validation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ethical AI considerations, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and problem-solving skills
