Full job description
Seeking an Associate Director of Product to lead the development and scaling of Generative AI products for media buyers and sellers. Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, leading discovery, collaborating with AI/ML teams, ensuring responsible AI practices, and driving go-to-market strategies. Requires 8+ years in product management with 1+ years in Generative AI, experience in startups, and familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or programmatic platforms. Hybrid work schedule with 10% travel. What you'll do
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Generative AI-powered products
- Lead product discovery efforts with researchers, engineers, and designers
- Translate customer needs and market trends into AI-driven solutions
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop models enhancing product functionality
- Ensure responsible AI development focusing on fairness, interpretability, and compliance
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies
- Measure product performance, analyze user feedback, and iterate on features
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and industry trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- At least 1+ years working on Generative AI products
- Experience in a Generative AI startup
- Proven track record of launching and scaling AI-driven solutions
- Experience with DSPs, SSPs or other programmatic platforms
- Strong technical acumen to work with AI/ML teams
- Experience in product discovery methodologies including user research, prototyping, and validation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ethical AI considerations, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and problem-solving skills
