Full job description

Associate Director, Product Management, Buyer Solutions role focused on programmatic advertising. Responsible for driving product strategy and execution for agentic-driven buy-side planning and delivery initiatives. Requires 8+ years product management experience in Ad Tech, familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, OpenRTB, and APIs. Role involves managing product delivery across teams, gathering requirements, defining specifications, competitive analysis, and communicating product roadmap. Hybrid work schedule based in Redwood City or New York. Expected travel 10%. Salary range $200,000 - $250,000 USD plus bonus, RSUs, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Drive and implement product strategy for agentic-driven buy-side planning and delivery initiatives
  • Balance new feature development with modernization of existing technology
  • Manage product delivery for platforms with dependencies across multiple teams
  • Create vision, strategy, design, and execution of product portfolio area
  • Identify product opportunities, gather requirements, define specifications and key metrics
  • Work closely with engineering, commercial teams, and product marketing to ensure goals are met
  • Be the authority on how buyers transact and use the media buying platform agentically
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from clients and internal teams
  • Perform competitive analysis to drive prioritization decisions
  • Communicate a clear product roadmap to clients, internal teams, and executives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feature prioritization and manage development backlog

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in Ad Tech
  • Experience working with DSPs, SSPs or other programmatic platforms within digital media (web, mobile, connected TV)
  • Familiarity with OpenRTB protocol and APIs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership track record
  • Fast learner, curious problem solver, and team player
  • Exceptional client communication and interaction skills
  • Experience working in media trading desks and agencies is a plus
