Associate Director/Director, Commerce Media role at PubMatic reporting to VP, Commerce Media. Responsible for growing relationships with Commerce Media and Retail Media Networks, enhancing media and audience monetization strategies, and selling new technology solutions. Requires 5+ years experience in Retail or Commerce Media technology, strong relationships with decision makers, experience with complex enterprise deals, knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, data platforms), and ability to present to C-level executives. Role based in New York City with hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). Responsibilities include prospecting and closing enterprise relationships, communicating strategy, executing account strategies, meeting revenue goals, collaborating cross-functionally, gathering client feedback, and traveling as needed.
