Full job description
Customer Success Associate role supporting Smartly's Global Strategic Accounts. Responsibilities include campaign setup, optimization, performance tracking, customer onboarding, training, and business reviews. Work with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, DV360, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk. Provide campaign analysis, build dashboards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. Requires 1-3 years experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced English. What you'll do
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and GSA Leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise customer accounts
- Support customer onboarding, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews to drive platform adoption and retention
- Understand customer goals, identify growth opportunities, and align Smartly solutions to business outcomes
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across multiple platforms
- Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks ensuring data accuracy and visibility
- Develop deep expertise in Smartly’s creative, automation, and data integration tools
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development
- Contribute to documentation of best practices, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics, ideally within an agency, SaaS, or ad tech environment
- Proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across social and/or programmatic platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other business intelligence and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across global teams
- Growth mindset - curious, proactive, and eager to deepen expertise across multiple digital ecosystems
- Availability to work CDMX hours to support US-based global accounts
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written) for daily internal and client communication
