Full job description
Digital Turbine seeks an Associate Creative Director to lead the design and creation of interactive and playable mobile rich media ads for Fortune 500 brands. The role requires 8+ years in design leadership with a strong portfolio in interactive and mobile work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and mobile creative production tools like Celtra and Craftsman+ is required. Responsibilities include leading creative strategy, innovating with limited assets, mentoring designers, and researching new design technologies and trends. The position is hybrid and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Lead Creative Strategy: design and build highly engaging mobile interactive ads based on high-level client direction
- Innovate and Problem-Solve: create eye-catching and engaging ads even with little to no creative assets
- Mentor and Inspire: guide and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating their skills
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: research and champion new technologies and emerging design trends
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a design leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing interactive and mobile work
- Experience in ad-tech, gaming, or a related interactive industry is a plus
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile first experiences
- Ability to translate complex marketing objectives into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions
- Prior experience in mobile creative production tools like Celtra and Craftsman+
