Full job description
Associate Creative Designer role based in Gurgaon, India. Responsible for designing and delivering static, dynamic, and animated ads including Meta and TikTok ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable dynamic display campaigns. Manage workload with adherence to Creative OLAs and use Jira for task management. Utilize AI creative tools to enhance creative output. Adapt to new technologies and contribute to quality control and process improvement. Requires 2-5 years digital design experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, familiarity with After Effects, strong design principles, communication skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of AI tools and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
