Full job description

Associate Client Success Manager role based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote optional). Responsibilities include supporting campaign setup, execution, and reporting; monitoring campaign performance and pacing; maintaining campaign records; and building client relationships. Requires 0-2 years experience in sales planning, client services, programmatic trading, or ad operations. Must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills with Excel, ability to manage multiple campaigns, strong client communication, and relationship skills. Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, Adbook OMS, or Salesforce is a plus. Salary range $67,000 - $75,000 base plus equity.
