Full job description

Associate, Client Success role supporting coordination and management of client relationships across accounts. Partner with Account Executives, Client Services, Billing, and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, maintaining project status, supporting data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing data for reporting, tracking program performance, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and providing backup to Account Executives. Requires Bachelor's degree preferred, 0-1 years experience, strong communication, analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary range $56,000 to $84,000 annually. Locations: Chicago, Illinois and New York, New York.

What you'll do

  • Support development and execution of client projects by coordinating internal workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate, real-time project status updates and communicate progress across teams
  • Contribute to execution of data-driven direct marketing campaigns including preparation of client and conference materials
  • Analyze large data sets to produce clear, concise reporting supporting Account Executive strategies
  • Track program performance and generate consolidated reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Support financial processes by researching and reconciling billing, invoicing, and shipping-related data
  • Build strong working relationships across teams including management, clients, and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Provide back-up support to Account Executives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets and translate insights into actionable reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and proactive problem-solving
