Full job description

Associate Account Management role on the digital media team focused on programmatic campaign execution. Responsible for project management and coordination across internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns. Role reports to a manager and involves collaboration with ad operations, analytics, and client services teams. Requires 1-2 years experience in account or project management or digital media, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and strong project management and client communication skills. Responsibilities include campaign launch execution, quality assurance, monitoring campaign performance, reporting, and managing client promotions. Salary range $56,000 to $84,000 annually. Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States.

What you'll do

  • Project management and coordination across internal cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns
  • Campaign launch execution, process and project management
  • Creating and maintaining project timelines and meeting deadlines

  • Assisting with campaign launches and conducting Quality Assurance checks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry
  • Excellent client service competence with strong presentation and writing skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
  • Experience facilitating daily coordination across internal teams
  • Ability to assist with campaign launches and conduct Quality Assurance checks
  • Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Ability to track and evaluate program performance
  • Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting
  • Capable of building and implementing client promotions promptly and with attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to provide solutions
